1. Open Lock Spells

+ 1,000,000. Could be implemented like heal/telekinesis with lock turn anim, constant press, mana pool depletion effects success, would probably be Alteration. 100MP wouldn't be able to open Expert or Master, IOW, maybe something like 150 and 200 respectively. If you think about it, it makes sense as a multi-point, fine control sort of Telekinesis.

Actually, I like Dark Dragonplate, halfway between both, tune down of Dragonscale with Elven (Goldenscale) would also be sweet. On the subject of armor, I'd also like pieces, but it's not high on my list.

No, it's really easy for a thief, but SHOULDN'T be for a mage, nor for a warrior. Hence, RP-killer every time you have to pick versus cast or bash.

True, I like being a stealth archer with limited joke acrobats great at long range, But I get my butt handed to me at a crowed short range area. It's what make RPG's Great,

6. Weapon specialization perks removed and replaced with perks that allow for unique flurry attacks with each weapon type
7. Implement a stamina-intensive system that allows us to "chain" together power attacks, resulting in unique, difficult-to-land power attacks
8. Shout perk tree
9. Allow use of dragon souls to create incredibly powerful and unique effects for weapons and armor
10. Fix all the broken perks

1. yes, to the enchantment. extra skill tree would be welcome but oh so unnecessary.
2. no... just. no.
3. YES. i played morrowind for a grand total of 30 minutes(sorry i couldn't stand the dice roll system). my absolute favorite thing about it was the fortify acrobatics*1000 scrolls, and closely followed spears.
4. YES and absolute must. maybe add extra perks to the fortify element perk. 25% each perk.
5. Meh.
6. As much as i want it, it would be a small part of the area, and it would not do justice in any way, shape, or form to cyrodil/morrowind. they need their own games if being visited again.
7. again, no... just no. this time a reason is required. the gray fox's reign over the thieves guild ended when

the hero of kvatch lifted the curse of the graw cowl, allowing for it's bearer to be named. thus rendering the gray cowl, just another piece of clothing(lore wise) other than the fact that it was nocturnal's.
8. Meh. unarmed weapons would be just as good. assuming new unarmed power attacks are introduced, considering it only has standing power attack.
9. YES. i dont need a reason for this. even make it online multiplayer and i will still shout YES!
10. meh. not needed. plus imagine the bugs it would cause on ps3. (i dont play on ps3, still concerned about them though.)

Spell Creation (More RPing potential and its just fun)

Higher Summon limit (i like the feeling of having a squad)
Golden Saint Summon (Any kind of Soldier looking humanoid will do though, weapons only no magic preferably).
*These 2 would probably make me happiest. It would let me make a Commander-type character (One-Handed, Heavy, Shield, Conjuration, Illusion). Hell, keep the summon limit but let me do a group summon that only counts as one.

Destruction Scaling (Should take skill level into account somewhere, as it is destruction is about damage vs. cost)

Teleport spell (Conjuration, shoots a projectile and instantly teleport where it lands, within reason of course)

Bound Armors/Shield and more ranks in Bound Weapon damage, armor mitigation, to compete with higher tiered smithed weapons

Touch Spells (Just seems really interesting)

Crafting NPCs (You're telling me there are blacksmiths who sell wares but won't temper/repair/alter a sword?)

Things in-game that cater better to role-playing (such as an open lock spell, or bashing a chest and possibly damaging its contents)

1. Customizable armor - I want to be able to make dragon plate armor with stormcloak colors and heraldry.
2. Robes and cloaks that can be worn over armor - So I can wear plate armor for protection and snow pear pelt to look cool.
3. Expanded content for all the factions
4. Something that finishes off the rebellion one way or another. I hate how you ask people what they think about the war and everyone talks about it like it's still happening when you have taken over all the holds and there is someone sitting on the throne.
5. Destruction spells that do more damage as you level up
6. Combination spells. So a fire and lightning spell of the same level will create some cool effect.
7. Mortal and replaceable NPCs - So that when people are killed by dragon attacks or vampires or a werewolf PC someone will eventually move in and take their place. A new blacksmith will open up at forges, junk sellers will open up at junk shops and quest givers will get replaced by someone else.
8. A way to get the dragon spawn rate down. I hate that every time I fast travel there are dragons every where.
9. Something to do with the Aldmeri Dominion
10. Unarmed Combat that gives bonuses to attack and armor while not wearing armor or wielding weapons.
