I haven't played Skyrim for 5 months or so and I'm looking to start a new game, I never got passed a 20 hour save but this time I'm looking to do over 100 hours on this save file.

What I'm wondering is, is it a good time to start a new game or should I be waiting for another patch or two or Dawnguard/Heathfire/Other DLC etc before starting?
