Im on the quest in which u need to kill all the storm cloaks from fort amol, I have done so but yet it still says 5% remaining. Also reloading my last save can not be done because after this problem I continued to play because I figured it would work itself out over time but it's been 20 or more hours since its happened and still can't finish the quest. Anyone have any solutions? Thanks
