Should the new DLC add new dragons or do we have enough of t

I for one would like to see some Skeletal Dragons appear in the wild... and it would be cheap for Beth to add them right?

If that's the case, why are there so many dragon mods out there? Different dragons doesn't necessarily mean more dragons.
