Hi everyone just wanted to see if any of you watched the new show "Revolution". I believe it is set 15 years in the future after the world went dark meaning that anything with a circuit in it was fried. The show kind of reminds me of the Fallout series just with less radiation and mutant animals and people. I love the whole end of the world as we know it genre. Post your thoughts about the show!

Wasn't that great... Too much similar to other series

What series? I don't get to watch tv that much anymore so I honestly can't think of much. The only one I can recall that would be similar was Jericho which was a favorite of mine before the show was canceled :/

i watched the first one and wasn't too impressed yet, but you can't judge a whole series just by the 1st episode, hopefully it will get better

Yup... Family seeking answers, mysterious organization that has access to what isn't available, old friend now some crazy killer type terrorist.... It looks to be cancelled in the future

It looks like theres some other sci-fi element in the mix because, from what i saw (didnt actually watch the piolet) engines don't work, and manual power, IE, generators, dont work either. And where were the guns? Those are all mechanical, no electrical parts.

Concept, great, but the previews didn't catch my eye very much.

I was disappointed.
No plausible explanation to all power going out. At least for this first show, nobody was trying to use wind or steam power either.
why the heck would simple batteries not work?
No good character development, so I did not care who died.

Wasn't about the french revolution.
Wasn't about Prince's rise to fame.
Wasn't about the rise of Lenin in Russia.

The title had more potential than the first episode.
