Has anyone been able to fix the crash to desktop issue? i play the game for a while but then it goes right to desktop.

Any help would really be appreciated.

Can't tell you a thing without information. Crashes happen for many reasons, it is impossible to tell why one would occur unless information is provided.

For starters:

Uninstall (do not just disable) any and all mods and third-party add-ons, refresh the INI files, verify the game files, start a new game and see if it works. If it still doesn't, please post a full dxdiag in a spoiler tag.
