First off, I don't think PS3 players need compinsation.

So i've got about 110 hours on Skyrim and i've yet to get the trophie Sideways. Now going through my quest log I can see i've done way more then 10 sidequests yet i've yet to get it... is there a glitch with this trophie?

Did you try starting a new game?

I believe you may be confusing "side quests" with "misc quests"

Side Quests are full quests that follow the storylines - Companions, Guilds, Civil War etc
Misc Quests are stuff like bounties, deliver this junk for me, talk to whatever NPC etc

In order to get SideWays you'll need to fully complete at least one of the guilds and half of another. The trophy isn't bugged to my knowledge.
