I had to start a new topic sins some1 locked my old 1 and i cant post my reply to the ppl that have written to me.

i am using a AMD phenom 2 x4 925 processor 2.80ghz 4gb RAM 32bit os with ATI radeon HD 5670 with windows 7 ALL drivers for grafic,audio,motherboard r up to date and i am not using any mods or dlc.

my problem is I CANT PLAY, i start a new game and as i am seeing the intro where my char is sitting in the wagon, when the thief speaks it shuts down and i am staring at my desktop.

now i have uninstaled and reinstal the game 5 times, both from download and using the dvd, nothing.
i have cleared my catche and defragt it.
i have defragt my pc and scaned it.
i have deletet all skyrims files after each uninstal.
i have done all the ideas the ppl on this forum have written me.
i have even gone so far as to do anti virus scan on my pc.
i have spent days looking over skyrims techsurport and this forum for ANY kind of idea that may help.
NOTHING;NADA and i am SICK and TIRED of not being able to play this stupid game!!!

one thing i have notice is that after i instal the game using my dvd and i start steam up for a patch update is that half way through the download it pauses and then shuts down, skyrims says i can play the game even thou i cannot.

Now then does any1 know what to do cause i am sure as [censored] out of ideas.

ps its not my pc gone bad cause i have absolutly NO problems playing any other games or doing anything els on my pc, Only Skyrim.
