Graphical error (left hand wire) : V

Hey, I've just started playing the game and all is well apart from a graphical error I've noticed when exiting the prison/dungeon. When I turn towards the sky, I can see a wire frame around my left hand.

I'm using a 2nd gen i7 on a p6p68 mb, with a 580GTX. I'm running the graphics on high, which my PC should easily be able to handle, yet I have this graphical error

If anyone could shed some light as to the cause I would be very grateful.
