Well, this is the first time this bug, or whatever is going on, has occurred in my many play-throughs. Through the search function I am only able to find the common "no investment option/dialogue" with certain NPCs, such as with Ghorza gra-Bagol in Markarth, but not for any threads concerning a lack of investment dialogue options at all.

At this point, my character has 70+ speech, and the investor perk was selected. However, no relative merchants have the dialogue for investments - it's just missing as if I did not have the perk. Even with console commands (after the fact) to remove and then re-add the perk, still the same.

Hopefully someone can help me out here.

Skyrim ver. 1.6.89.0.6 with Dawnguard, etc.

*Update: I've found one merchant who has investment dialogue, Anoriath (meats seller in Whiterun). I've never had options for stall merchants before, and it is going to be great when I start the DB questline...
