Anybody know if Dishonored will be available for purchase/download from the Xbox live marketplace upon release? I saw recently that it will be available in the PlayStation Store, but I haven't seen anything for Xbox. Any insight?

I highly doubt it just get it on disk.

If it were to be released as such, it would be a few months after it's initial release. Given how things have hit the Xbox online store, it probably would at some point but I highly doubt it will be at release. Again, if at all it would be several months after initial release.
