When ever I load Skyrim instantly (On fullScreen) with the Bethesda loading logo I get a loading mouse wheel from windows 7

I don't have it on Windowed mode, but I like to play fullscreen alot more.

This is an example I made, I couldn't printscreen in fullscreen.
