.. yeah, what the title says. Been going on for a few months, and I was hoping some of you could help me out with some links to get help with this or whatever else.
Basically, whenever I try to access the site from my home IP address, I get an error that says "cannot connect." I've not been banned, as far as I know, since my account has been in good standing for quite some time now. ):

if you were banned you would be banned everywere
reset the ip

I've tried doing that several times but it still won't work. I don't like having to use a VPN/Proxy just to access a site I used to be able to use freely.

Ok, but please don't give any more information about how you connect to the internet or anything else that might be useful to someone inclined to try to help...

Have you tried clearing cookies recently?

Also, is there anyone else in your household that uses the forums and has been banned?
