I know we are limited to the territory of our Factions, but will we also be limited to our races homeland?
Or will we just start there and be able to move to other provinces.
i.e. If I make a Bosmer, will I start in Valenwood, and be able to travel to the Summerset Isles and Elsweyr? Or will I be stuck in Valenwood?

This video says we can travel from resurrection point to another, another story what that guy say is true or no.
