Hello! I have played an axe 'n' shield character a long time now (lvl 66 I think)!
One perk I used at early level was Hack and Slash perk. Maxed it out.
I thought it was a good skill then. Hack the enemy then hide behind my shield. But now at level 66 it's kinda pointless. Not that I want my 3 perks back becous I now don't even know what to spend my other perks on my character.

But then I slash my enemy with my axes I maby se sometimes one dot dissapear from there health bar about 2 sec after my attack.
Do you think it needs a buff, especially at higer levels? Becous I do!
Becous comparing Hack and Slash to Bladesman and Bone Breaker it may sound fair. But in game very weak.
