Is there anywhere to get a PC download that can also get the pre-order bonuses?

I have looked everywhere and all the download sites, GMG, Steam, Amazon, Gamestop either have no bonuses for pre-orders or steam has crappy things for a game I dont even own (TF2).

I dont understand why in this game there is only pre-order bonuses for the boxed version. If I am wrong I would really love someone to correct me, but I have been waiting and following this game for as long as there has been information out on it and I am sad to see that the people that want to download cant get any pre-order love

Also, if I do buy a boxed version is there anywhere that will send me the game SN# via email so I could pre-load from Steam if they do a pre- load?

On steam there are Pre-order bonuses.. I personally, don't care for Pre-Order bonuses.. The pre-order bonus gives a hat and a misc item in TF2 and like stuff in another game..

Personally I rather them keep Pre-Ordered versions and normal versions virtually no-different

I believe it's only for certain retailers, although you'd have to wait for a dev to answer that for you. To be honest though, I don't see the appeal in pre-order bonuses; all they do is spoil the game slightly by making it easier.

As to your question OP, the PC version with pre-order bonuses is the same for all platforms. There are a set of retailers for the US and UK that offer a certain bonus.
