Note: the character below was not built for power gaming purposes. The character is intended to feel like a normal character, but with a lot more available combat skills to use and plenty of free perks for playing around with. Essentially I am neutralizing the perk system so I can use as many skills as I want

I had a topic awhile back about hitting the armor cap without a single perk in heavy armor or smithing. I wanted to see if it could be done because if it could then that would free up a bunch of perks I could use to take things I've never bothered with before like the fun pickpocket I can change your cloths perks, quite casting, mystic weapons, business investment perks, etc.
Well I did it, and then it occurred to me that I could apply the same principle to weapons. Not only freeing up all the perks, but it also meant I could switch between 1 hand, 2 hand, and archery as I pleased with no long term consequences. Not that I do, but if I decide I want to run around with a warhammer I can now without having to invest perks in it. The same goes for switching between heavy and light armor. I like options... more options means if I get bored with a playstyle I can switch it up for awhile instead of making a new character. The other advantage to freed up perks is that I predict one of the future DLCs will likely introduce new perks and I want some free so I can play around.
So here is how it works. First you need your new no combat perks character to be a necromage, you need 100 or near 100 enchant, and you need smithing and alchemy both over 80. You might be able to get by with a lower smithing but it will make the process take a lot longer. Using the alchemy enchant loop you can boost smithing and with necromage you can boost even further thanks to the 25% bonus to enchantments and potion effects. So I didn't go crazy and boost smithing so high that it is game breaking. I boosted it to the point that my weapons were doing the damage without perks as they would have been doing if I played naturally with perks. So my glass sword is doing 130 damage(3 fortify 1 hand items), and my ebony bow is doing 200 damage(4 fortify archery items) at level 48. Based on past archers this is actually a little lower than usual for the bow at least but sneak attacks one hit all but the toughest enemies so I get by. I did the same for my armor, my current leather armor(my fav non quest light armor) is providing around 230 protection, and based on my calculations a full suit of deadric would provide around 550-570 so with one more level of boosting it would hit the cap.
Surprisingly I only had to go through the alchemy/enchant loop twice to get that gear. The obvious downside is that you have to get to 100 enchant, 70 restoration(necromage), and 80 smithing & alchemy without any combat perks along the way. Which either means power leveling inside cities the entire time(boring) or trying to play the game with a very gimped character in the mean time. I just kept the character at level 1 until I got most of those skills where I wanted or close enough that I could easily add a few levels last minute after leveling up(restoration is much easier to level with 300 health than 100 health.).
Thoughts? Ideas? Anyone else going to try it? I highly recommend it... I can take every perk I 'want' and still have plenty left over. I am putting a few perks in archery just to get zoom and faster draw times, and I might put a few in heavy armor to get the weightless perk.
