Ok, I have no idea why this is happening and no clue when it actually started, but for some reason the distant lights aren't fading anymore. You take a step forward, the light pops in. You step backward, the light turns instantly off. I already tried to disable ALL the mods I have and started with fresh new INIs with no avail. Does anyone have a clue on what the heck is going on with my game?
