Esbern's Lack of Help

Post » Tue Oct 02, 2012 8:48 am

I've completed Esbern's last quest, to help him in his study of dragon bones. He's told me if I ever need to fight another dragon to just ask and he'll send the Blades to help. Well, I know of at least two places to find dragons on my map but I don't get an option to ask him for help. Anyone know what's up?

To tell you the truth we don't actually need the Blades to take care of any dragons, but it's nice to have them along to have a joint quest as part of the team. Any console commands out there to bring up the dialogue option?

I wouldn't know since I do not have a PC. I would either google it or wait till a person who has PC to post in this thread.

Esbern is a complete and utter joke, Beth wasted Max Von Sydow.

The Blades definitely deserved a better questline than they got. And the whole Paarthunax thing was inexcusable.

I hate the blades just on the grounds of thier refusal to accept paarthurnax. There no reasoning with them. And on those grounds, i dont bother with the main quest.

I'm willing to pay a Blades DLC where I can tell them Paarthrnax is GOOD. And I'm OP so hes no match for me.
And expand there storyline and much more.

Ohh, there's always a way round that one if you've got the, er, console...
