Meditation

So, I've been meditating for a while now and was curious to know if anyone could recommend some relaxing/meditative/instrumental music for me (or anyone else I guess) to use?
Since I'd rather not create a thread, have a question answered than have it die I'll also ask if anyone else enjoys meditation or has ever tried it?
If not, would you be willing to?
If yes, what are your thoughts of it?

Feel free to discuss anything related to meditation

Also, for those who may not be too well informed:
Meditation is something you do to cause an internal state of relaxed awareness. It does not have to consist of Buddhist rituals such as the crossed legged, circled fingers pose everyone imagines. Or the repeated "um" (I'm not sure of the proper name for this).

Meditation is great for visualisation, grounding and focus. I personally use it to help relax my mind before homework or situations where I'm under a lot of pressure. It also helps me in parkour as I can visualise myself performing a movement, feel myself doing it and take in the details such as where my feet are or what I can see.

http://tinyurl.com/ygot3qg Well this is some pretty relaxing music, but I don't know if it would fit your situation. I don't meditate or anything but even if it isn't suitable for meditation, you can just listen to it some other time. And sure, I would like to try it if I had some time to spare.

I practise mindfulness meditation, and have for some years - which doesn't require music or anything. Something that enhances the ability to meditate and reach really profound states is a technique that I use a lot is the Core Transformation Process. A brief description of it here:

I never truly tried meditation, but I will definetly add it to my list! Listen to some good soundtracks by John Williams, along with many others! I have been changing many aspects of my life. Must do some research now.
