so i read somewhere that the cheapest way to get a great pc is by buying the parts online and i want to know what parts to buy if i wanted to run skyrim on ultra settings and download texture packs as well as various other mods. i also plan to be outputting it to my LED tv and want to use an xbox controller. also what cite is cheapest, and will there be discounts around christmas? i dont want to spend more than $1100 but if i have to go a little over i dont mind. can someone please make this a lot easier on me, thanks
