I mean, with both of Arthmoor's patches and all the other mods, like unlimited bookshelves and among others...I want to create a new playthrough, and am hesitating in installing it.

BGS did some major no-nos in deleting stuff... particularly nav meshes. Hearthfire is a version too high to work in the CK available to us, so it can't be fixed.

That's how I understand it right now, at least.
