No point on things like the infinite shouts and God mode. Most of us become OP in the end anyways.

Not much of a point for jump height and speed. Speed especially if you have infinite shouts, you'd just spam whirlwind sprint.

Depending on the kind of beasts/npc's that spawn its a debatable.

Why Flying mode?

To an extent you can change weather. Though one only moves clouds and the other gets you in major trouble.

Zombies? Just kill them and thrall them. Its easier.

Now the 'Play as Characters' could be interesting depending on how they implement it.

A few cheats are usually fun but I'm trying to think of ones that I would enjoy in Skyrim and I really can't think of any.

If there were any fun cheats I would use them just like I do in GTA. Have a sub-save that I use for the greatness! It's fun to take a break from the missions and just go crazy. You would probably need a sub-gamesave, especially if they do what GTA does and blocks out Achievements when cheats are activated

All your ideas sound great though, I'm not following the zombie one. If this were implemented I wouldn't mind losing the fortify restoration glitch on the consoles.

I could see something like the xombie DLC from Read Dead Redemption being implemented into Skyrim. RDR did a great job keeping the style of the game even after adding something as crazy as zombies.

Unless you play on console (ps3, xbox), otherwise there is console command for skyrim on PC and some of those are basiccly covered by it..
no1. Skyrim engine is difference to Oblivion. Base on skyrim wiki skyrim if you want to jump higher you will have to chance your character's size.
no2. As matter of fact there is god mode console command. It is TGM.
no3. Doable with creation kit, thou modder has to reparable all character model into zombie model.
no4 Can be done with creation kit. There is enchant effect reduce shout cool down and I edit that effect to the point that my shout has no cool down.
no5 need mod
no6 might need mod to change how engine handle gravity. Actually TCL kind does that you just fly through objects.
no7 again it is in console command. sw &--#60;WeatherID&--#62;
no8 same as jump, need to change player size appearly.
no9. It is in consoel command. player.placeatme (npc id)
no10 I know there is water walking enchant effect on creation kit thou i never bother to try it.

Full list of PC console command can be found

Infinite shouts can be done through restoration glitch, and godmode can be achieved just by playing the game (and restoration glitch or enchanting/alchemy/smithing)

I think for console (since pc players can mod nearly anything they would like anyway) that would be alright. GTA cheats were seriously scary if you were looking to beat the game and earn achievements and I only ever used them "just for fun".
In Skyrim, if I get bored, I usually begin attacking random NPCs and then when most of the essential characters begin to lay a brutal beating on me I try and see what kind of escape antics I can pull. So yeah. Why not? It will probably never happen, but it would lead to some crazy fun times!

Have to agree here and on the following basis. I've seen plenty of forums over the years littered with threads where the opening posts start with 'I turned on 'xxx cheat' and now the game is too easy and no fun.

Unfortunately it's the ones who have self control who make the most noise.

In fact there's been more than a few threads on these forums about Pc players who use the console to give themselves god mode and all the best items and then complain the game is too easy.

Heck, look for the number of threads complaining about having used the alchemy/enchant and smithing skills to get massively overpowered items and then finding themselves unbeatable.

edit:plus the first time somebody turned all essential npcs into zombies and then saved over their only save game, they'll be on these forums screaming that the game is now ruined and it's everybodys fault but theres.
