[REQ] Werewolve perk tree overhual

Hi modders, just finish dawnguard and as much as i think the werewolves are badasses, the perk tree isnt, compared the the vampire lord. still i want to remain a werewolf but would like to mod the perk tree. i've got a list of perks and how i think the perk tree should look like. plus i would like to add some additional werewolf/dragonborn stuff to the game. it would be really cool if someone actually take up this mod, thanks.


Werewolf Perks
Beastial Endurance (0/4)
-add 25 points to health and stamina
-add 50 points to health and stamina
-add 75 points to health and stamina
-add 100 points to health and stamina

Beastial Strength (0/4)
-add 25% to attack damage
-add 50% to attack damage
-add 75% to attack damage
-add 100% to attack damage

Rips
-power attack have 50% of decapitating enemy

Beast Terror (0/2)
-near by enemy retreat
-range increase and near by enemy freeze in terror

Pack Howl (0/2)
-summons four wolves
-summons two werewolves

Skin Walker
-transform and revert at will

Stalker (0/3)
-harder to detect when sneaking
-easier to lose pursuers when sneaking
-75% of the time sneak attack will not reaveal position

Sniff Sense
-detect near by enemy (everything)

Night Eye
-night vision (same as vampire lord)


Additionals Human stuff (only if dragonborn is infected with lycanthropy)
-Dragonborn is stronger when the moon is out
-Dragonborn can also use Night eye in human form
-Add 50 points to unarmed
-Wild wolves does not attack dragonborn

Additionals Werewolf stuff
-Add a sneaking system (posture/stance/animation will be like sprinting but instead slow pace and toggle just like sneaking in human form)
-make wolves/werewolves summons real and not ghostly looking
-beast terror, pack howl, and skin walker works like shouts where the longer you hold the powerful it is.
