Hey guys. Taking this time to announce my project, currently in its early stages. The name is still undecided.

Skyrim Ranch will give the player the chance to purchase a small ranch. It'll start out simply as a farmhouse with land. The player can invest in the ranch and improve it, adding new resources like cattle, chickens, breed horses, crops, etc etc.

Also the player can construct new buildings, improve the farm itself with new features.

Over time depending on the size of the ranch the player will earn a steady income. Current plans are to include a handful of quests as well. The mod will require Hearthfire.

Ill upload some screenshots later today. Let me know what you guys think, any ideas are welcome
