Cannot get into Breezehome

Hei

I am not able to get into Breezehome. Everytime I try to go in the game crashes.

Has anyone got any idea what could be causing this?

Known issue with Hearthfire, if you have it.

If not, then more information will be necessary.

Do you have Dawnguard.ESM? If so, try loading it after HearthFires.ESM?
