I always imagined a character that dual weilds to daggers, to be really fast,dancing around the enemy and just slicing him up.Something like what Cicero did(but we never see) to that wolf guy.Wouldnt it be awesome if there was a whole skill three just for dagger fighting?

Nah. Only people who would make use of it are the assissin/sneak types. Besides, with 100 skill and all perks in sneak, it pretty much already IS a "dagger" tree.

Also, using elemental fury would pretty much do the same thing now wouldnt it?

My thoughts exactly. This is exactly what Skyrim needs and what they should devote all their time and resources to.
