I'm trying to find an Elder Scroll for the main quest, and I've just been attacked by two fellow Khajiit labeled "Falmer servant". Now, It seems like the Khajiit are smarter than the cave monkeys, but I'm seeing it.

On another note, there are more Khajiit in the ruin right now than all the rest of Skyrim together with me, Kharjo, the two bandits at the door and these servants.

I believe that any race can be spawned as a 'Falmer servant'. They're basically people from the surface who were captured by Falmer and beaten and abused until they basically lose their identity, and are slaves for the Falmer. Kind of a sick parody of what the Dwemer did to the original Falmer.

After opening the
Debate Hall" there around 10 of them in there, of many races.
