How the hell did that get there?

I was roaming some random nordic ruin as I often do on my travels on the way to mission locations when I spotted something quite peculiar. It was a black-Briar mead bottle. What is that doing there? The nord ruins are supposed to be sealed away for thousands of years, and Black briar mead is something made very currently. The bottle was around some ruined books and other nord mead bottles, and in a sealed away chamber. So, how did it get there?

Every now and then the loot can be incongruous, but frequently it just reflects more recent visitors.

Sheogorath visits Draugr ruins to throw wild parties with Sanguine, then leaves behind things like that to mess with the Dovahkiin. Happens all the time bro.

This isn't limited to mead. I'm shaking my head why a Draugr runs around in iron while using ebony weapons to attack me.

I'd understand a ruin or two having been discovered before me, but all of them?

Perhaps this explains why potion bottle design hasn't changed in centuries. ;)
