Laptop runs this game really slow even with everything set t : V

I only have hearthfire and dawnguard installed..

Specs: I5-2430M 2.4 Ghz with 3.0 turbo boost
Amb Radeon 6650m 2GB of ram
4 GB of DDR3 memory.

It runs slow, its playable but there can be major slow downs outside.

Turn off the AA if you have that activated, and try playing the game in a lower resolution.

That 6650 is only good for medium resolution, and no more. You should have looked for a 7750, at least, instead.
