Real time or game time?

My Imperial ran from corner to corner in 13.5 hours game time. In a loincloth.

Don't know what to tell you, I was bored that day.

I used to do that with every one of my Morrowind characters. We'd start out at Seyda Neen and run/swim all the way around Vvardenfell. It was a kind of rite-of-passage each of my characters had to take. When they released Solstheim I had them start running/swimming around that, too. It was one of my favorite things to do in that game.

I found it to be not as fun in Oblivion and Skyrim with all the invisible borders.

I WOW they have an nvde tauren marathon, you create an level 1 tauren and run from their staring area to the orcs capital.
Winner actualy get some ingame gold by they who arrange it.
Main problem here is naturally the monsters so you has to be smart to win.

For Skyrim it's easier, you need lots of beef stew, probably the two other foods who give stamina regen to, fortify stamina regen enchants should also help a lot.

Hey nothing wrong with a little marathon  There was one going for the longest while in my werewolf thread, we would see how far you could get on one transformation ( before Dawnguard ) but once the perk tree for werewolves hit the marathon became more of a " how much can you eat " on one transformation

I have a hard time believing you ran that far in 45 minutes...unless you were sprinting and using stamina items?

It really should not take that long... the heightmap map is approximately 7x7 km, and the playable area is smaller than that. So I'd say the "circumfrence" of the playable area is about 25 km. Skyrim characters never get tired, so if you run around non-stop and take 5 minutes to run 1 km (that seems about right?), it should take about 2 hours.
