I'm a bit surprised there was no thread on this.

Basically a guy's (Felix Baumgartner) going to jump from 120000 feet tomorrow breaking a bunch of world records (assuming he doesn't die). Highest jump, longest freefall, and first person to break the sound barrier WITH THEIR BODY.

It'll be streamed live over the Internet tomorrow at 5:30 am PDT. If you're awake, I imagine it'll be quite an awesome thing to see. It's a publicity stunt by Red Bull, but that doesn't make it any more exciting. The highest jump record was previously set by the US Government by Joe Kittinger as part of Project Excelsior

Useless title is useless

In my defense, I searched for "stratos" with no (relevant) results. What kind of thread on this awesome event doesn't even include what it's called in it?

It's also not happening Monday, but Tuesday :/
