So I know the PS3 has support for USB keyboards and mice built in. Does Dishonored support using a keyboard and mouse on the PS3? I know a few games do and a few games don't natively, and I know there's an accessory to allow to use a keyboard and mouse in any game, but I'd rather not have to buy an accessory for it.

And before you all suggest a PC, I have a gaming PC, it's slightly below the specs though and it's not time for me to upgrade yet.

I havent heard or seen anything on that, I didnt even know you could use the keyboard or mouse with a game. I highly doubt it will work though so dont get your hopes up.

I recall reading that the console versions probably won't, but it would be better to wait for a developer or strife to confirm it. By the way, the requirements are based on running the game smoothly, so my guess is that you could still run it fine, albeit at a lower quality than a more powerful machine. If in doubt though, go for the PS3 version.

I doubt that the game for PS3 will recognize keyboard inputs. Its programmed for the controller and I doubt you could rebind the keys to a keyboard on a PS3.
