Your most prized possession!

Title says it all, what is the one single thing you own, which you value the most? :D
Mine would be my First edition Space Hulk Boardgame from 1989, complete in amazing condition!!
Got it for a complete steal, which makes it just THAT much more worth it ;)

Hmm... toss-up between my Metroid Prime poster and my junk.

I'll go with my junk. I'd kill myself if I ever lost it.

I don't really know. There are lots of stuff I own that I value, but it's impossible for me to name the one I value the most.

I don't really have any antiques or family treasures.... I come from a small family, and it's only me and my mom here in the US.
I guess if I had to pick, I'd go with my laptop.... I've fine-tooled it, upgraded it and got it to exactly where I want it, as far as its
innards are concerned. Plus I use it A LOT every day, I have to have it to function.

I guess my blankets. One is a green, knit blanket which has been a tangle of half-unraveled, tied-into-a-knot-so-it-doesn't-fall-apart strings for as long as I can remember. The other is a blanket with a faded picture of Minnie and Mickey Mouse on it. It sounds really stupid, but I've had them since the day I was born and I still sleep with them at night.

I'd probably have a breakdown if I lost either of them.

Aah well I know the feeling somewhat, I have a little stuffed fox I've had since I was born, and I still pull him out once in a while and think about the golden days of being a child ^^
If he ever went missing or anything I would be quite devastated!

btw it ain't a REAL fox haha, it's a stuffed animal if you were to think otherwise lol

I have a hat that's real special to me and only me for several reasons. It's kind of like one of those "beanie" hats but better!

It was a hat I wore pretty much all through out being sick with cancer and I rarely took it off when I was bald from the chemo. I had switched hats for a bit just because I had that one for so long. The day I switched back to it was the exact day my team of doctors told me I had an "expiration date". After trying out several more hats with no luck in liking any of them, the day that I switched back to my original hat again was the same day I had surpassed the said "expiration date". That day my doctors all came into my room and told me that I was actually well into the clear and far from having a date set for me again.

But besides my hat I have some autographed and even personally signed things that I love. I don't know if anyone here is aware of the Make-A-Wish Foundation but alot of the stuff I have from that is considered prized possessions. When I did that it was probably one of the best days of my life!

Heh, my mother has a blanket kind of like yours. I remember we were about 2 and a half hours out from a hotel we had just stayed at when she realized she left her blanket there. Needless to say, I took control of the wheel and we hauled ass back to the blanket!

Hmm... not sure. It's a close tie between my small rabbit plushie from 1986 I got when I was born (and it's still soft!) and my oddly shaped rock I found as little kid, shaped like either a claw or an eagle's head depending on how to rotate it. It has a little fossilized print of a feather in it.

Most prized as in valuable? That would be my pool cue and my gaming rig.

If we're talking about sentimental value then probably my collection of games from yesteryear and my almost complete collection of Super Play magazine  I don't use them at all anymore (partly because they're in another house) but I can't bear the thought of selling them.
