Why do you think that some NPCs that were going to be in the game, were removed?

I wish Bethesda hasn't removed any NPC.

I wish Argi Farseer, Idgrod Ravencrone's sibling, was still there. I even wish Benkum, Brond, Edorfin, Liesl, Huki Seven-Swords, and the female noble was still there. They could even be followers(excluding female noble).

Easy the reason is 11/11/11

There are also voice files for elf and female imperial legion members

It's okay. I wished that they never removed Argi Farseer, because I always wanted Idgrod Ravencrone to have a sibling.

Every game, film, book, whatever has cut content. Sometimes it's for budget reasons, or deadline reasons, or sometimes just design reasons.

There was a forum a while back where a guy who worked on Alpha Protocol posted, and it was very interesting (need to find a link) in terms of showing what actually goes on during the design process, particularly in terms of what gets put in and what gets left out.

This actually pisses me off, as much as I love Skyrim, the way they cut the expanded civil war quest and the pitt makes my blood boil.

Boil? Calm down, man. Deadlines are deadlines.

You don't know how they came to the release date, they might've said "Hey, we want to release this by late fall." And it just so happened 11/11/11 was coming up.

A few more months? And miss Christmas? No way, man. That would be stupid.

That and the larger civil war questline. If we could get those I would like to wait one year more for the game and pay twice as much I did. But now I can only hope they'll finish them in a DLC.

11/11/11 is a sensible release date. Is catchy, a good marketing strategy and its perfect timing - it made Skyrim the perfect Christmas gift.
Get over it. Every game has a deadline - I'm perfectly happy with what we got. It's better than waiting another year for the game, and then complaining that it needed more time.

Did the go with a normal midnight release or did you do it at 11:11? I wasn't into RPGs then, so I ignored it.

I guess things just get left cut out of games, though it is not surprising. Too bad they cut the Pit idea, but I guess that is how everything is.

Happens in every game.

Every game, movie, TV show, book, magazine. Stuff gets cut, stuff gets added, all part of development/editing/publishing.

If things don't work the way they are intended to, they get cut. Hasn't Skyrim got enough content to keep people occupied? Besides, if there's a high enough demand for it, then they'll release it. Just look at what BioWare released today for Mass Effect 3, Collector DLC for multiplayer, because a lot of people wanted to fight Collectors again.
