Like it says on the tin. All of the house mods I've been looking through are located within a short walk from either Whiterun or Riverwood. I was hoping to find more spread throughout all of Skyrim, even a few near some of the smaller holds like Morthal or Winterhold. I'm sure the logic is everyone wants their house in a convenient, easily accessible location but that doesn't mean it needs to be smack dab in the middle of the map. So I'm looking for any house mods that aren't in that same general area.

I'd second the suggestion for Candle Pond Ranch - a REALLY beautiful mod. Gentester also just won Skyrim Real Estate's modding competition with this amazing little mod, http://skyrimrealestate.com/html/farms.html. The screenshots there don't do it justice - it really is a "wow" mod. (It's near Dragonbridge.) While you're at it, also pick up Dragon Echo Farm from the same page - it's near Riften. It's more sparsely decorated but still very homely and has some great features and innovative use of resources.
