Try as I might, I have a hell of a time navigating the Perks. It seems to skip over ones or move over to the next skill and or jump around in the strangest ways. I didn't see anything so far, but does anyone know of a mod that changes the Perks layout to something easier to use, preferably that shows all the Perks for a given skill at one time?

I don't believe there's any that fully redesigns it, but I found http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9470 awhile ago. It reshapes the perk trees a bit so that they're easier to navigate with arrow keys. Never actually used it, so I can't comment on it.
