My two summons and the DB Assassin are permanently stuck in Broken Oar Grotto. No matter how many times I go back and what I try I can't get them to follow me out(though they follow me around the interior). It happened after my DB assassin pushed me through the "door" so I'm not sure if that could have caused it or not.

I haven't tried dismissing her yet and I also am not going to lose my fourth pair thralls because of a glitch. One of the thralls is a unique NPC so I couldn't get them both back anyway and I'm not sure what I can do at this point besides reloading a save from hours ago.
