Anyone see Cicero? : V

I'm just wondering, has anyone seen Cicero outside of the Brotherhood?
I just ran from whiterun(They found out i was a vampy) so i ran outta there(after killing a dozen guards)
and ran down near some farms, and all I see is poor lil Cicero with the nightmother behind him...i'ma beat em to the sanctuary (Obviously)

lol Yeah. Thats where you first meet him, he gives you a quest if you talk to him.

yeah, i wish i would have found him first instead of the brotherhood, would have been cooler to see the weird little jester show up in the sanctuary before i knew he was keeper

I was a few hours into my first Dark Brotherhood character when I read about Cicero and the cart here. I actually started the character over so we could meet him and do that quest first. I tell you, it's a pain in the butt being an OCD perfectionist...

I decided not to kill Cicero and he was at the Imperial/Stormcloak meeting at the greybeards, He had one line saying they should be the first of the line saying MOM said so.

I don't understand what you're saying . Could you rephrase this sentence?
