Please, could someone here view the image above and inform me of a way to fix this? I have been trying for months! I have contacted Google, Blogger and so many support sites with no luck.

The site is Blogger by the way, in case you couldn't tell. I am running the latest Chrome and flash player on 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium. The problem also occurs on Vista and all Chrome installs in my household. I was just planning on setting up an adsense to earn money from the blog, so not being able to blog is a big deal. Any help?
