Actually, an HD 6670 is right in the middle. Not bad, not particularly good. One version is much better than the other (higher quality memory). Neither one can do the High Quality, nor High settings for screen resolution. It's only got 128 bits worth of memory system bandwidth, so at game speeds, it will max out at 256 MBs of VRAM, no matter how much is added onto it.
In momemtary bursts, it can sometimes swap 256 MBs back and forth, for a total of 512 MBs worth.
Make sure the screen resolution is set to a suitable (medium) density, and compare how it works with various graphics drivers. There have been a couple of "dud" drivers from AMD this year when used for Skyrim.
