Would I be right in thinking that if you have both the 'no deaths' and 'no alerts' boxes ticked at the end of a mission, then it doesn't matter if an unconscious body is discovered at the end of a mission?

I checked the Bethesda post regarding these achievements and it didn't specifically mention this issue.
