Looks like either a glitch or petulant whiners taking out their lack of an overpriced Skyrim DLC pack on Arkane.

It's the internet, so both are equally likely.

I've only seen this happen on games that have some controversy surrounding them. So a glitch is unlikely. Games such as Mass Effect 3, and Dragon Age II.

I only bring up it being a glitch because the actual written reviews are mostly positive, while there are over 2,000 non-writtern scores of zero. Could also be a hack. It seems strange that they would coordinate something like this while not writing some actual venom. DA2 and ME3 both had plenty of those.

That's true. This still kind of rustles my jimmies (sorry for using that, but it's appropriate). Why take your anger out on Arkane when the actual studio responsible for Skyrim's DLC, and the PS3 version, had absolutely nothing to do with Dishonored?

A surprising amount of people don't know the difference between publisher and developer. Also its safe to say that some people just saw Bethesda on the box/ad and decided to bash it. I saw a some comments on bethblog, where quite a few PS3 owners say they refuse to buy any game associated with Bethesda until they get Skyrim sorted out.

I was just confused why it happened. I didn't expect people upset about Skyrim's DLC to even bother with Dishonored. Like I said, this only really happens to games that have some controversy around them. That, and I do throw metacritic user scores into my pool when contemplating whether or not I buy a game, or watch a movie, so.

fair enough about that last bit, game reviews can be pretty biased, but you know its pretty decent when gameinformer DOES NOT give it a 95. lol
i kinda hate metacritic because of all the troll reviews, or simply uneducated reviews that's sole purpose is to knock a few points off "for teh lulz".
people are free to voice their opinions just over critical people who cant seem to understand the game they impulsively bought without doing any research...that bothers me.
