First I contacted their support and told them about all the problems with
Skyrim (PS3). They directed me to my nearest store, so I went down there
and talked to them. They knew about the problems and gave me a full
refund, and told me that they will continue to do so because this game
is not working properly. But you will need your receipt (*kvitto).
I had this game on releaseday, almost a year ago. I ordered it online, so I
still had the receipt in my email (*faktura). So, if you are able to, return it.
