Soooo..These ninja assasin guys, how do i get through them without being detected? I want to get the achievements for all the levels and be full stealth my first try. Does the achievement only start when you get to golden cat?

It counts throughout the duration of the mission.
Just use Blink and time your movements carefully, be patient.... use sleeping darts if you're sure the
body won't slide off the roof. It's possible.

the spoiler didn't really help me. i came out of the distillery and poof they show up.

I usually take them out before going to the distillery.... if I just kind of snoop around the area, I typically
find the first one on the roof above where Griff the merchant is, and shoot him with sleeping dart. The other two are
nearby in ransacked apartments across from each other.
Did you try looking up some Ghost walkthroughs on Youtube? Personally I'm fond of savgcom's playthrough, which
is both ghost/clean hands.

When I was there, I came from grannys place, blinked up to the roof to the left and carefully shot the assassin who walks out on the balcony with a sleeping dart, then sneak into the apartment to the left and grab the second assassin from behind and then from there shooting the third and last assassin with another sleeping dart.

Derp...Game is too smart for me. Proably the only stealth game that IQ tests you ._.
