Dishonored 2 wishlist

I've played Dishonored five times now and I've come up with some things I'd like to see.

1. A more dynamic chaos system. Killing alone shouldn't raise chaos. I would like to see a chaos scale that is raised and lowered based on things that happen and things you do. If a building is set on fire that raises chaos regardless of how it happened. If you put it out and save some people that lowers the chaos. If you eliminate the a rapist you prevent all the raqes he would eventually commit, lowering the chaos.

2. Go where you will when you will. I actually like a game with locations like this, but I'd like to be able to come and go as I please. Each location should have objectives in it for the player to accomplish. For example: a target lives on his estate but works at a shipping company he owns. Both are located in the same general location but his location there in is based on time. He also eats at a fancy diner during the day, and practices his shooting at sunset. You can just walk up and stab him anywhere, poison his food, sabotage his pistol so it back fires, or leave a bomb for him. Or you could not kill him, but I'll talk about that next.

3. More options for dealing with targets. I didn't like some of the options for not killing targets. Don't get me wrong some of them were quite satisfying. I'd like to be able to deal with them in other ways entirely. Abduct them and lock them up in your headquarters would be an option for all targets. But you could also find leverage or do favors for some to make them work for you. And there would be more than one way to neutralize the target.

4. Trees. Green leafy trees everywhere. Or just trees for skills, spells, weapons and gadgets. Not just summoning rats, but able to summon super rats or rats that kill other rats and than themselves. You can equip your mask with things that allow you to breath under water and a rat light that can also be used to temporarily blind your enemies. There would also be combat skill upgrades. You gain experience to point by doing things to buy perks on the skill tree, you use wale charms to buy spell perks, you use blueprints to unlock gadget perks, and you buy perks for your weapons.

5. Skills: you gain experience points by doing things and can use them to buy perks like long distance shooting and knocking people out suddenly.

6. Embrace the Teslapunk. Let's face it. Calling Dishonored Steampunk is one hell of a leap. I'd like to think it's much more of a Teslapunk universe. I'd like to see more electric stuff. Spark grenades, a lightning gun. And instead of a sword I'd like to be able to have a stun rod in my sword hand instead of playing a kill no one game with a sword permanently attached to my hand.

7. Chit chat. I'd like to be able to walk up to some people and talk to them. Imagine how much easier it would be to get into this universe if you could walk up to an Overseer and ask him what his church teaches or even ask the Outsider questions. I'd also like an interrogation option where you can grab someone and twist their arm and ask them questions.

And what would you all like to see?
