I think it's about time to fix shield charge.
I logged in today on xbox 360 and shield charge doesn't work at all anymore.
Usually it was after long periods of play shield chrage wouldn't work.
Now it doesn't work at all. Ever.

I agree. They should also fix Tower of Strength and Elemental Fury. There is no excuse for broken and bugged perks a year after release.

Agreed. Shields are already great, but having the lvl 100 perk broken is pretty lame.

I wonder if they ever fixed the absorb bug with the Atronach stone/perk absorbing spells and shouts..... Probably not.

I can't believe they still haven't fixed these perks... Wow.

haha yeah, that atronach/absorb bug is probably even more problematic.

Don't forget Tower of Strength, which does nothing at all and Elementsl Fury, which breaks summoning staves.
