Using WRYE with NMM?

I am a big advocate of Wrye Bash, obviously, for it's bashed patch abilities as well as the fact that I like all the information that it gives me in the installers tab about what files from each package are being used and which are overwritten and all of that good stuff.

I haven't even touched NMM yet, partly because I don't want to make things too confusing for my game, and partly because I want to put all of that good "learn-ed knowledge" that I acquired from lots of research on WB to good use and I can be a bit stubborn.

But I have noticed that a lot of mods are arranged in such a way that I have no idea how to go about installing them with WB. I know how to go about preparing a package to be used in wrye bash, but some don't give me enough information about them to allow me to do so.

Like for instance this "Pretty Sit" mod. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16248

It seems like an immersion increasing mod, but like many of the good authors on the nexus, English is his or her second language. Because of that, the instructions are pretty much just :Sorry for my bad english. Use NMM to install. Peace out.

So i guess the question is, how viable is it to use NMM and Wrye Bash together, using NMM for certain mods like these, and WB for most other things? Are there any conflicts involved? Or anything specific I should be aware of before installing NMM? I currently have Skyrim running many mods now through BASH and have worked out all the conflicts with them. Would it require a fresh install or anything too if I were to go that route?

That was a lot of questions right there. Sorry, I am just a curious camel today it seems.
