There's threads about if you prefer form over function, style over safety so i thought i would start a thread to show off your style for those like me who prefer to go with what looks/feels right instead of the best protection. Descriptions are fine but pics are better as we can see how your style choice suits your character and why.

I'm xbox so i pointed my phone at my tv last night and snapped this pic, it's a bit ghetto ha but at least you can see what he's working with.


I'm one of the few people that took a liking to the Saviors hide, imo it suits my barbarians style nicely and shows off his Talos amulet perfectly which he wears proudly in defiance of the thalmor and the law. I also like the steel nordic gauntlets as i RP a little around them and the hide bracers which i used to wear better suits 1 of my other characters. The only thing you can't see is that i'm wearing regular boots that match this getup, it's the hide looking pair with the straps that also comes in a black vampire variety....i don't like to look at the bottom half of the hide as it doesn't look quite right ha and i can't mod it to make it better

I currently wears scaled horn armor,stormcloak officer helmet. and scaled bracers and boots. Uses shield of ysgramor and the sword dragonbane sometimes,But more often my dragonbone axe.

Nord paladin.
Uses restoration, one handed, block, heavy armor, enchanting, smithing
Gear: ancient nord armor, yngols helmet during tough battles, Struntuz (means storm blade in the dragon language) a nord hero blade enchanted with lightning and soul trap. Ysgramor's shield, Talos necklace, and I make sure I keep talos's blessing for rp reasons and for the 20 percent reduction to shout cooldown. All armor is enchanted to improve cost of restoration, add health, and magicka. I made a custom version of Band of Matrimony that helps with that as well, since the original kinda svcks.

Faeron the bard wears green (College) robes, a pale hood (Mage Hood) and (Moth Priest) sandals. Basically the cheapest stuff he could find at the local merchant's in Solitude.
