Aren't you guys sick of snow already? 3/4 the Solstheim is infact - snow. I dont wanna be just overpowered with snowy environments. I think theres enough in skyrim already.

I agree. Especially speaking as someone living at a latitude of 60° North.

snow,sand,whatever....who cares if the content is good and we could have also the opportunity of boat travel from skyrim to the island in real time

Remember this is after the Red Mountain and all those events. Maybe the damage from there affected the landscape.

Personally I hate the snow in the game. It is fairly realistic and even makes me feel cold while playing (which helps with the immersion) but if I could avoid going above the snowline I would. There isn't even the option to put on a cloak to keep the cold out!

What adventurer in their right mind would go off into those mountains dressed exactly as they were on a bright warm day in Whiterun, without some decent cold weather gear to put on?

I don't mind if any expansion is even further north as long as my character can have some decent cold weather gear to put on!
